Customer service sucks. Talked to this guy David about getting a new light for the driver side because after 4 weeks mine went out. So now I'm driving a 2014 f150 with a burnt headlight. Makes my new truck look like crap. This guy David sends me a bulb and I have no idea how to change this thing. I didn't even know a projector had a regular bulb in it. No instructions were included. I'm very disappointed. I should have got the recon lights instead of spyder. This is the last spyder/carpart4U part that I will EVER buy. I've never been so dissatisfied with a part for my truck. Now instead of a new part I want a refund and I will probably be going with the recon lights.
