The day after these arrived, but thankfully BEFORE I installed them, my daughter hit the garage wall with the front driver's side corner of the van. That had to be pulled back into place by a body shop, as it was pushed back about 3 inches or so. The passenger side was fine. So, here's what happened with these headlights. The passenger side light was attached to the existing OEM bracket and it fit pretty well. All the holes lined up except one. The hole on the side of the car took a tiny amount of pushing but it did match up. The only one that did not was the one on the small strip of plastic on the light on top that has a plastic clip that goes through it, and that is no problem as long as the ones with actual bolts-front, top, and side match up. The driver's side light I bought an aftermarket bracket as the OEM one was bent by the female offspring's mishap. I can't say whether it was the bracket, the corner not being straightened exactly right or the headlight, but the driver's side one was off kilter. It did go in, with some hole enlargement on the bracket, and pushing, etc, and the bumper cover still went back on fine but the light itself is a little cockeyed. These lights do have the metal-surrounded sockets on the back like the OEM lights. They do throw a good beam both high and low when driving. It looks a little different than the OEM ones did, maybe a bit more "refracted" is the word I'd use. I can tell that I need to fine-tune the up/down adjustment a little, will update when this is done, has been cold and snowy since install. One gripe is that the up/down direction markings on top of the light are pretty humorous. It has the direction to turn the bolt with arrows for up or down stamped in two places right next to each other on top of the light. One of the stamps says counterclockwise for up, clockwise for down. The other stamp, about two inches away, says exactly the opposite. I'll figure it out just by watching but it certainly speaks to the quality control on these lights and the attention to detail or lack thereof.Update-the coating is peeling off on both headlights.
